Messrs M. Thanakumaran & Shan was initially established in the year 2009 by M. Thanakumaran. In the initial stage, the firm handled civil litigations, family law, criminal law and conveyancing matters. The firm started to grow from strength to strength and in the year 2018, Shanmugam Ganesan joined as a Partner and the firm’s scope of work widen in criminal litigation to handle other regulatory offences. The Firm also specializes in
commercial crimes including money laundering offences. The Firm is constantly evolving and on the lookout to expand.
